Tuesday notes- week 8

-Individual blog (Topics, extra research) (50-60 pages long!)

-Group presentation (15 slides, 500 words)

-Individual essay (1500 words) (Can include images) 

-Digital artefact

Essay should have and intro, research, central debate, conclusion, bibliography. 

-General research

-Solution based not problem based

-Look at products that already exist (Blogs, forums, people, etc)

-Branding (Style sheet)

-Pre-production (e.g. wireframes, mock-ups)

-Preventative but also a solution

-Could critique places (Such as Linkdin)

-Could make personas (Target audience)

What should education offer?

Work place style setting!

What should we offer to bring students in?

AR/VR

Soft skills- Communication

Body metrics

Tablets!

Want transparency

AR/VR trips- such as to other countries or space!

Open university.

Not just about content but the space itself, such as shapes of tables. 

Do a survey

Blended learning.

Our idea is that we are going to create the perfect classroom in the new space that we are getting. We are going to create a 3D designed version of the classroom, including all the technology that we want. We are also going to re-design the current prospectus so that it is more updated, and we can add a QR code so that new students can view the 3D designed classroom to see what it looks like before going. 

I want to do research into- Gym shark office, Educational spaces, Different learning techniques, Educational philosophy.

Ideas to include in the room: Giant Wacom tablet style tables, Divided room by learning technique, Bring all our ideas to get the perfect classroom, Make a digital prospectus, Make an environment to show new students.
